A lower body workout designed to strengthen the glute, leg, and calf muscles through resistance and bodyweight exercises.
Using solely dumbbells, this workout is high intensity and will have your arms looking defined and pumped!
I have been working as a certified personal trainer in the Washington DC area since July of 2020 after receiving my certification from the National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF). In 2022, I completed all required certifications to earn the status of Master Trainer through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). I’ve been blessed to have the opportunity to work with nearly 100 clients in both in-person and virtual settings. I became a trainer to help people redefine their perspective of what it means and takes to be healthy. Not many people are taught the basic concepts that can make or break their lifestyle. My goal is to break down the barriers of knowledge/misinformation and guide people toward developing a set of lifestyle habits that are healthy, sustainable, and overall just make sense. My specialties are in the areas of weight loss & building muscle mass, but have assisted clients with a variety of goals and experience levels.
